Terms & Conditions Bike Rentals Nainital

  • Basic Requirements For Bike Rental 

The rider needs to be 20 years of age or older to rent a bike. If the rider is under the stipulated age, his or her order will be cancelled without any refund. The user shall have a valid two-wheeler or motorcycle driver’s license.

Indian Nationals –  Deposit Original Address proof  (Aadhar card / Passport / Voter I.D or any ID’s issued by Gov.) Security Deposit* (refunded when the bike is returned).

Foreign Nationals –  Deposit a Photo copy of the Passport, original copy of the return flight ticket, Driving License photo copy. Security deposit (refunded when the bike is returned post adjusting for non-engine damages).

  • Pickup & Drop Charges

We provide Pickup & Drop facility if required by customer, Charges may differ from 300Rs/500Rs/1000Rs depends on location you need bikes.

  • Responsibility For Damage Or Loss 

Customer agrees he/she will return the motorcycle in the same condition as when he/she rented the bike, The bike should be returned us in the end. If in any case the customer can’t bring back the bike, Customer can call us and we will bring the bike back to our garage/shop, but costumers have to pay for the services.

  • Termination Of Agreement 

Customer agrees that the company has the right to terminate this agreement at any time and retake possession of the said bike.

  • Late Return Fee 

An additional day’s rental fee will be charged for each day customer keeps bike after the return date specified on the contract, All bikes must be returned directly to the company or wherever agreed.

  • Payment/Booking Conditions 

For Advanced booking you have to pay Rs 500, Security deposit of Rs 2000 (Refundable) will be taken at pick-up, Payment accepted by cash or Paytm, All rental models and rates vary by location and season.You may reserve a bike using our website. Click here to do so.  Walk up rentals are also available on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you do not arrive within 2 Hour of your reserved departure time, your reservation will automatically be cancelled (Only 50% reservation amount will be return) and a bike may not be available.   • Rate Excludes 

Fuel, Personal Travel Insurance, Vaccinations and Medicine, Motorcycle clothing/gear and Helmet.

  • Restriction’s 

Hired vehicle shall not be used outside the city, Not to use the vehicle for any race or competition or illegal purpose, Not to operate the vehicle in a negligent manner, Not to permit the vehicle to be operated by any other person without the written permission of company.

  • For The Rider 

 Follow Indian Traffic Rules & Regulations While Driving.

  • Law & Jurisdiction

 Complaints, Suits, Claims or Disputes will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of court of  Nainital.
