What is your payment policy for renting a bike? 

NainitalBikers accepts online & cash payments. NainitalBikers charges by the hour & full day. Hourly motorcycle and bike rental rates are different for Mon-Thu, Fri-Sun and Peak Season. Check home page for rental rates. Minimum billing is of twelve hours which is one day . 

Is booking cancellation allowed? 

Yes. Booking can be cancelled you just have to call us once before 24 hours . Please check NainitalBikers cancellation policy. 

What is your booking cancellation policy? 

  • Cancellation made more than 24hrs before booking start: 100 ₹100 
  • Cancellation made within 24hrs of booking start: 100 or 50 % of Booking Fee (whichever ₹100 is greater) 
  • Cancellation made after booking start: No Refund. If any security deposit is paid then it will be refunded. 

Note: Cancellation refund will be done through the original payment method within 4-8 working days. 

Can i reschedule/extend my booking?

Yes. You can reschedule/extend your booking call us once and everything will be shorted on time. Booking extension is only possible if bike is available on your extended time. Please check our trip modification and extension policy. 

What is your booking modification/extension policy? 

  • Extended period will be billed at standard hourly rental. There’s no additional extension fee apart from normal charges for the period extended. Check home page for hourly rate. 
  • Modifications made more than 24hrs before booking start: 200 ₹100 
  • Modifications made within 24hrs of booking start: 50% of the hourly fee of the time period no longer being used or 200, whichever is greater (If your initial booking was 8am-2pm ₹100 and you reschedule to 10am-4pm, you will incur a charge of 50% of the hourly fee of the 2 hours from 8am-10am that are no longer being used; or 200, whichever is greater) ₹100 
  • Booking extension post start: No charge; standard hourly rental applies 
  • Booking shortening post start: No charge or refunds applicable 

Note: Extension and Modifications are subject to availability of bike. Please check our trip modification and extension policy 

Can i change my bike after making a booking ? 

Yes, you can change bike if bike is available we will surely change the bike for you . Change of bike is only allowed before booking start and subject to availability. 

What happens if I return the motorcycle, bike and scooty late? 

Full hourly rental rate for the bike + 200 rupee per hour late return charge will be applied. We suggest you to extend your booking at least 30 minutes before booking end time to avoid late fine. 

What happens if I return the motorcycle, bike or scooty early? 

No charge or refunds will be applicable. 

Is fuel included with the bike, motorcycle or scooter rental? 

Price is not inclusive of fuel. We provide full tank or one liter of fuel at trip start and customer has to return with full tank at trip end if we provide full tank. In rare scenario, if bike is not with full tank at the time of trip start then customer has to return back at same level. 

What is the condition of bikes? 

All NainitalBikers bikes are well maintained. All bikes are first hand bikes, we do not rent second hand bikes. Even though, we service and maintain the bikes regularly they can still break down. In such event, immediately report the incident by calling/whatsApp NainitalBikers. 

From where do I pick up and drop off the bike?

Please check our branch location at Tallital Bus Stand , NainitalBikers office or the place decided over the phone or email. 

My payment is successful but didn’t receive booking confirmation email.

It may so happen in rare cases due to internet issue or phone network issue. You should wait and confirm over the phone with NainitalBikers and check whether your booking is confirmed or not “If Your booking is confirmed means your booking is confirmed otherwise it remains unconfirmed. It is customer responsibility to call NainitalBikers in such cases. If possible we will confirm the booking otherwise we will refund your entire amount. Bank may take between 4-8 working days to credit your amount back to your account or cash/PayTm. 

Do you provide helmet?

NainitalBikers provides free helmets. Each booking comes with two complimentary helmets. 

What documents do I need to provide before taking a motorcycle, bike or scooty for the trip? 

Get your original two wheeler driving licence at the time of pickup. NainitalBIkers representative will take a snapshot of your driving licence at the time of bike pickup. If member fails to provide original two wheeler driving licence, NainitalBikers shall cancel the booking. Cancellation policy will be applicable. Please check our cancellation policy for more details. International customer should get their original passport and two wheeler driving licence at the time of bike pickup. NainitalBikers representative will take snapshot of your passport, visa stamping and driving licence. If member fails to provide original passport and two wheeler driving licence, NainitalBikers shall cancel the booking. Cancellation policy will be applicable. Please check our cancellation policy for more details. 

How old do you have to be to rent a bike from NainitalBikers? 

The minimum age to rent a motorcycle, bike and scooter is 21 years. 

What kind of driver’s license is required to rent from NainitalBikers? 

Member must possess a valid two wheeler Indian Driving license (exceeding 50 CC). If not a citizen of India, member must have a valid international driver’s license and license should mention member is permitted to drive motorcycle. 

What happens if the motorcycle, bike or scooter breaks down?

NainitalBikers will try to fix the bike if your are nearby under 1-25 Kms. Member will be responsible for all towing and impounding charges caused by member negligence such as speeding and misuse of vehicle etc. Note: NainitalBikers will not be responsible for on trip tyre puncture. It is member’s responsibility to check tyre condition and tyre pressure at the time of bike pickup. 

What happens if there is an accident of the motorcycle, bike or scooter during the course of the trip duration? 

  1. In the event of accident or vehicle damage, the customer will be held liable for 100% of the 

vehicle damage and loss of business due to time taken during repair. NainitalBikers representative shall provide damage estimation + loss of business amount to customer and customer is liable to pay the same at the time of vehicle drop off. 2. Member will be responsible for all towing and impounding charges associated with a 

collision. 

What happens if I loose motorcycle, bike or scooter documents?

A fine of 1000 rupees will be charged. 

Can I add additional riders to my rental?

Only verified users allowed at the time of pick up of bike new users are not allowed to drive NainitalBikers motorcycles, bikes and scooters. If you allow another member to drive motorcycle, bike or scooter during your reservation, you are still responsible for the vehicle. 

Can I take a rented NainitalBikers Motorcycle, bike and scooter across International borders, like Nepal?

No. 

Can I take a rented NainitalBikers Motorcycle, bike and scooter across Uttarakhand?

No.
